Your 6900XT seems to be performing, in this game, worse than my 1080Ti. The Corsair I now have is fine, in that respect. The Seasonic Prime Ultra PSU that I had struggled when I tested out a 3080Ti, due to power spikes, not from typical use. From what I've seen with games that have issues with AMD is that they create a support ticket to AMD and then get a dedicated rep for it or something. I could possibly try some other settings with AMD to pinpoint and find out what exactly might be causing it, but it does seem to stem from how AMD handles and processes textures in the game that is causing the issue.Īs a developer standpoint I am not sure but I think AMD has an official AMD support reporting platform for developers. Everything is also updated driver wise to the latest updates. Everything on my computer is fine, my PSU is rated at 1200 watts and more than capable of handling my hardware, plus everything on my computer is water-cooled and never goes above 50-60C in temperature. Yea I get about the same stats as you did with the game, with also the same settings though I think I turned anti-lag off to see if that would help.

The game performed as expected with no glitching or artefacts. Originally posted by Vimes:When I first played this game I had a Gigabyte 1080ti. Have you tried various AMD motherboard / chipset drivers - I had an Intel platform.Īlso is your PSU ok, in terms of its ability to handle the wattage that some of these high end cards can demand, albeit for micro seconds - not the typical constant load.? Returning the card and then going for an MSI 3070 and this game, along with the other problematic Indie titles, ran as expected, both in terms of performance and glitching.įresh in stalls of the OS (either Win 10 or !in 11) did nothing to alleviate the issues, neither did driver revisions.Įven the drivers tab reported for me that the performance was "marginal". Even tho I did just that there was no official response, or change in the short time I had that AMD card.

I suggest raising the issue also over at AMD's dedicated forums, perhaps that might help. But it was the performance that was most problematic. The issues were general performance, against what should have been expected, as various glitching. Other games that I would also class as Indie titles had similar issues. The same could be said for the game Medieval Dynasty. When it came to this game the 6800XT performed worse than the 1080Ti, or, rarely, on par. What I noted was tha tall of the AAA type titles that I tried performed as expected.

I then changed to a 6800XT, my first AMD card for some time. When I first played this game I had a Gigabyte 1080ti.
